I appreciated the friendly staff who were always available to assist me. I received a complimentary upgrade to a room with a wonderful electric massage chair. the hotel offers a big hot water bath, perfect after spending the day walking and sightseeing.
There were not many local dining options in the area. the breakfast was not very impressive.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff provided an excellent standard of service and we even received a free upgrade. The hotel had great facilities including a big public hot spring bath and an electric massage chair in our room. We appreciated the complimentary coffee and newspaper in the lobby. Additionally, the hotel was located close to a large shopping mall and many shops, making our stay convenient and enjoyable.

The staff provided excellent service and even upgraded my room to include a fantastic electric massage chair. the hotel also had a large hot spring bath on the ground floor. the location is near a big shopping mall.
The breakfast was just average, and there weren't many local food options for dinner as the hotel is not central.
